Strong economic growth in the region combined with the increasing demand for food products is driving export opportunities. Increased income and wealth of households has created a great interest among consumers for imported products particularly Australian foods. Unpacking this opportunity is paramount and in particular understanding the \u2018premium brand story\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The conversation will explore key agribusiness themes with an outstanding panel of industry and business research leaders who bring a wealth of experience and diverse range of perspectives about Asian business to the table.<\/p>\n<p><em>Panel Members:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mr Antony Allen, Chief Executive Officer, The Avolution<\/p>\n<p>Antony is a visionary leader in commercial horticulture, has revolutionised the avocado industry in Australia, and has his sights set firmly on transforming the whole fresh fruit market. He is a game-changing business strategist with more than 20 years\u2019 experience working across a wide range of horticulture industries in research, production, marketing, business development and industry strategy in Australia and overseas.<\/p>\n<p>Associate Professor Robin E Roberts, Research Leader \u2013 Agribusiness, Griffith Asia Institute, Griffith University<\/p>\n<p>Robin has more than twenty years experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry sector and has proven success in delivering enhanced business performance through innovative market research.
