Lately, things haven\u2019t been going so well. Liberal great powers are distracted by domestic priorities, and rising autocratic powers are pushing disruptive agendas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two dominant powers\u2014China and the US\u2014find themselves locked in an accelerating strategic competition.
