The group aims to strengthen partnerships across academia, policing and law enforcement policy makers (see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/anzsoc.org\/about\/#establishedgroups\">https:\/\/anzsoc.org\/about\/#establishedgroups<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Australian and New Zealand Society of Criminology together with GCI presented the inaugural event for ANZSOC\u2019s new Policing thematic group, on <em>Policing Pandemics and Protest<\/em>.
