What is copyright?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Copyright law determines when and how you can copy, publish, communicate or perform works that others have created.<\/span>\u00a0For academics, this means that copyright<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>enables you to use works that others have created in your teaching and learning activities.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0<\/span>copyright matters website<\/span><\/a>\u00a0has all the information you need to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>learn about copyright<\/span>\u00a0for teaching<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Start by w<\/span>atch<\/span>ing<\/span>\u00a0the<\/span>\u00a0short<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Copyright and teaching on\u00a0<\/span>Learning@Griffith<\/span>\u00a0video<\/span><\/a>\u00a0to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>understand the six key copyright topics<\/span>\u00a0that you should know.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
