Exams are just around the corner, and\u00a0there&#8217;s\u00a0lots of revision to be done.\u00a0It\u2019s\u00a0more important now than ever to make sure you are being mindful of your wellbeing and including self-care in your study schedule.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The good news is self-care\u00a0doesn\u2019t\u00a0have to be a trip to the Maldives (though that\u00a0would\u00a0be nice!) It can be any simple and time-efficient activity that brings you joy. Because all that revision still needs to be done!\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Why not try a nice\u00a0walk in\u00a0nature? Bonus points for bringing a friend along to have a nice chat. Extra bonus points for bringing a furry friend. Go to the gym if\u00a0that\u2019s\u00a0more your style. Or something slower like reading a good book, enjoying a cup of tea or\u00a0coffee with a friend, or watching a\u00a0favourite\u00a0TV show.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">You can try\u00a0 more traditional mindfulness too.\u00a0There are\u00a0lots of apps\u00a0that\u00a0can guide you through\u00a0meditation practices.\u00a0Here is a list of recommended apps you could check out\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindful.org\/free-mindfulness-apps-worthy-of-your-attention\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Free mindful apps worthy of your attention<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0or you could try\u00a0your own unguided meditation. Just sit anywhere you can get comfortable and\u00a0won\u2019t\u00a0be disturbed, close your eyes and breathe. Even a few minutes can help.
