What is AskUs?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

AskUs is an online frequently asked questions site about Griffith University. It\u2019s available 24\/7, which means you can find the answers you need even if a random question strikes you during a late-night study session!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can access AskUs from the link in your myGriffith portal or on the <\/span>Student Connect<\/span><\/a> webpage. There’s also a link located at the bottom of every Griffith webpage and in the Contact Us menu at the top of every Griffith webpage.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wherever or whenever you need answers, AskUs is just a click away!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How does it work?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Click on the <\/span>Current student enquiries<\/span><\/i> tile to enter AskUs, then type your question or keywords into the search box. A list of answers will appear\u2014click on one to read more.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re unable to find an answer to your question in the <\/span>AskUs<\/span> search results, you can ask your question directly by clicking on the grey <\/span><\/span>Ask a question<\/span><\/span><\/em> button on the right side of the page and <\/span>completing the online form.
