Uni is an exciting yet challenging journey, especially when you’re juggling your coursework, socialising, and your wellbeing. One key ingredient to making it all work? Respect. In the Library, respect is essential for creating an environment where everyone can do their best. Here\u2019s how to make the most of your time, and help others do the same.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Respect study spaces<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Library has a variety of <\/span>study spaces<\/span><\/a>, whether you’re studying alone or collaborating in groups. Keeping quiet in silent spaces is key to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. If you’re in a group or need to discuss assignments, use the social spaces or <\/span>bookable spaces<\/span><\/a> set aside for that purpose. Remember, everyone studies differently, and being considerate of others helps create a productive environment for all.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Build your study network<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Studying alone can be isolating, but you don\u2019t have to do it alone! Build an informal study group with your classmates or join an existing <\/span>mentoring program<\/span><\/a>. By collaborating, you can share ideas, test each other\u2019s understanding, and look at problems from different angles. Plus, <\/span>studying in a group<\/span><\/a> fosters a sense of community and belonging, which can make your uni experience much more enjoyable.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
